Offering our B2B customers around the clock service and solutions is what we are all about at ovesco. We have a team of customer liaison officers who work closely with our business to business clients and that team is headed by Terry Hunstone, our State Sales Manager.
Terry has been working as part of the ovesco team for over 5 and a half years now. Starting as a Technical Sales Co-ordinator, Terry has learnt all aspects of the ovesco business. He is regularly out visiting customers and our diverse client base, improving our service to them and offering solutions.
Some of the key advantages that ovesco can offer by building these one on one relationships is tailored services just for your business. We have acquired a variety of partners which allows product sourcing and supply chain assistance to happen with ease. The Open for Business program works closely with the Warehousing teams to ensure that other services like customised Kitting (a custom order that is a collection of goods you will be ordering regularly) goes off without a hitch.
With a trade background as a panel beater/spray painter, Terry has also had roles in management within the fuel and automotive industries, this means that he can understand customer needs and offer solutions to our B2B clients at the drop of a hat.
